Article on Haveeru online: on the response of some memebrs of the citizens majlis to Doctors and nurses greviences

Haveeru's reporter Hassan Mohamed's article posted today gives an account of some members response towards the recent demands of doctors and nurses. 

We do seem so easily replaceable and dispensable. Just take a look at this!

    Having been an ardent supporter of MDP and the political change it has brought about... this has come across as quite a shock.
    Along with the ending of a 30 year long political tyranny, I too had expected a positive change in many sectors in the country, including health.
    Where as other countries, strive to keep their educated, Maldives seems to be on a mission to drive out its professionals.
    I voted with full faith that Anni could end a dictatorship and to bring about change... but to not pave the way for another government that is insensitive to the voices of its people. The importing of 30 doctors is nothing more but a slap in our faces forcing us back to the stark reality. I fear this could be the start of something akin to the brain drain of Iran. Afeef's words have a haunting resemblance to that of Khomeini.

    This shows how our MP's are!
    Must get rid of such characters in the upcoming elections.
    Say NO to AFEEF and REEKO MOOSA for upcoming election.
